ABOUT MERET PÉREZ
Born in Zurich, her life unfolds between two worlds that complement each other. Switzerland teaches her the art of quality and precision meanwhile her beloved Colombia nurtures her creative spirit to experiment.
She grows up surrounded by her parents’ passion for art, cultivating the artist within already present in her family blood from generations before.
She graduates with the diploma of Jewellery from Le Arti Orafe Jewellery School in Florence, Italy. It is there where the real fusion occurs, where she finds the space to bring together the identities of her two worlds. Her references are a mix from her passion for contemporary art explored in Europe to the desert landscapes of Villa de Leyva where she now has her own atelier.

Meret rediscovers antique techniques creating unique pieces for women that are independent and curious to experiment holding always the essence of who they are. Just like her pieces.
Her designs are characterised by modern, organic forms and experimenting with metals. A creative laboratory where every piece is different. Her atelier is located in Villa de Leyva, Colombia where she returns often to be inspired by her rocky landscapes.
